National talents represent the cornerstone of the development process and the focus of our attention, so we launched the "Future Skills" initiative to qualify national talents to advance the process of digital transformation and increase employment opportunities in the communications and information technology sector in multiple fields including modern, traditional, supportive technologies and future jobs.

The initiative aims to build and stimulate a sustainable environmental system to develop digital skills and contribute to bridging the gap between supply and demand according to the requirements of the labor market, by increasing the opportunities for specific training for national talents locally and reducing training costs and stimulating and increasing quality partnerships, thus qualifying distinguished national talents that are able to meet the requirements of current and future job market.
