Future Technology Ambassadors Program aims to harmonize technological educational output in the Kingdom with the labor market requirements in the technical sector by studying current gaps and rehabilitation of national cadres and linking them to rehabilitation and employment program and create opportunities and paths in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship to achieve harmonization and accomplish digital transformation in the Kingdom.

Ambassadors Program will be a pioneer in the process of harmonizing education outputs with the labor market requirements, and achieving equality between supply and demand through an integrated development system.
Program components
Training and qualification processes for students of sciences and computer colleges in the graduation year to qualify them within the labor market requirements before being employed.

Orientation and counseling sessions spanning from four to six months to qualify new employees in functional and digital skills.

Meetings and workshops in the field of modern technologies aim at increasing awareness and knowledge in modern technologies.

Technical workshops and meetings will be presented by members of future ambassadors, in addition to the Digital Giving initiative and Think Tech initiative.
Providing job opportunities for graduates of Saudi universities in the technical sector through the initiatives of the related ministry in qualifying and employing national cadres.

Remote cooperative training through qualitative training paths consisting of educational and applied activities that are compatible with labor market requirements to qualify the graduate national cadres.

There are several initiatives in cooperation with the Ministry of Education to support and enable digital research and development projects in universities as well as qualifying digital skills for members of the educational system, supporting entrepreneurs and the emerging technological projects, and establishing innovation and technology transfer centers in universities.
